On the occasion of untrue reports on social networks, the company proceeded to the following announcement: Elbisco S.A. and its people express their deepest sorrow and revulsion for the recent tragic incident, 17-11-2021, which led to the death of the unfortunate 8-year-old girl. The companies (companies of the Sarantopoulos Group) at whose premises, in Keratsini, Piraeus, the horrible event occurred, have absolutely nothing to do with the company ELBISCO SA and the ALLATINI brand (shareholding, business, commercial, cooperation or other). Our company, for many decades, produces its recognized products (biscuits, cakes, savory crackers and flours of the final consumer), under the fame brand ALLATINI, exclusively in its two factories in Pikermi, Attica and Glyfa, Chalkida. Finally, we would like to point out that one of the above-mentioned companies, based in Keratsini, Piraeus, uses the ALLATINI brand in its production products (wholesale and intended for professional use), against the will of our company which for this reason, has since 2015, brought an action before the Greek courts and is in dispute with the above company.
My dear colleagues, With heavy heart, I would like to inform you that my beloved father and founder of our company has passed away. Kyriakos Filippou was born in Athens, in 1939. He attended his neighborhood public school in Patissia, Athens, where he
