Pikermi Plant

The Pikermi plant has been one of the largest baking product units in the Balkans for the past 40 years. It was established in 1968 by a family of bakers and was the first company that sold packaged rusks!

Today it has rusk and sliced bread manufacturing units. The rusk production line was the world’s largest until the 80s! It is in continuous operation with a maximum annual capacity of 14,000 tons. The 3 production lines are state-of-the-art and fully automated. One of them is a new investment, which was put in operation in 2014.

The plant has a specially designed storage area to ensure best possible storage conditions for the products all year round.

Pikermi Distribution Center

The new fully owned Distribution Center commenced its operations in 2016. It is a modern building which constitutes the main distribution hub for rusks, biscuits and flour.

Chalkida Plant

Our plant in Glyfa, Chalkida, was established at the end of the 60s.

It was a pioneering plant at the time, as it produced automated machine-packaged biscuits. Currently it operates 4 production lines for biscuits, crackers and cookies. There is one production line for cakes and a fully automatic flour packing assembly. In the beginning of 2015, a new state-of-the-art line was installed in the factory for production of soft dough snacks.

The plant has a specially designed storage area to ensure best possible storage conditions for the products all year round.
