ELBISCO reforms its organizational structure adopting to a more flexible management scheme

Aiming to successfully address Greek market’s new trends and challenges, to accelerate extroversion and maximize return on investments, ELBISCO has reformed its current organizational structure by adopting a more flexible management scheme.

According to company’s new structure, four General Management positions have been formed with direct report to Managing Director, Mr. Dimosthenis Ramantanis.  Namely:

  1. General Management Operations, headed by Nikolaos Voudouris
  2. General Management Business Development & Communications, headed by Dimitrios Raptis
  3. General Management Financial Services & Logistics, headed by Ms Christina Papandreou
  4. General Management Commercial, under Managing Director’s interim management until its executive filling position

“This new scheme will further enhance our company’s business dynamics, building on and empowering our competent and experienced colleagues”, stated Mr. Ramantanis.

In the context of the new organizational structure, Mr. George Vassilakis, until recently ELBISCO Finance Director, is appointed as General Manager at Zitoluks in Skopja, succeeding Mr. George Nikiforides, who after 3.5 years leaves to return to Greece.  Mr. Vassilakis through his experience and know-how is taking on a new expanded role.

The newly established General Management of Financial Services & Logistics is headed by Ms Christina Papandreou, an executive with significant experience in the fields of Finance and Logistics, both in Greek and multinational companies.

As Mr. Ramantanis stated, “through perseverance, passion, creativity and love for our company, we will accomplish our goals and strive towards our vision guided by our common values”.
