Receives Award for the automated and upgraded Sales programme “Innovative Anywhere”

During Self Service Excellence Awards 2017, ELBISCO was awarded in Innovative Techniques/Sales Techologies category for the automated and upgraded Sales mobile application “Innovative Anywhere”.

«Innovative Anywhere» application, which was developed in cooperation with DIS, allows automated sales organization so all functions are done electronically and thus getting maximum efficiency.

This is the 3rd distinction awarded by Elbisco, since in 2016 received silver award in Mobile Excellence Awards for Mobile Sales Force Applications and early 2017, bronze award in Sales Excellence Awards for Digital Sales Transformation.


For 2nd consecutive year Elbisco gets 3 awards for its brands Allatini, Kris Kris and Elite during the “Aionovia Brands” 2017.

ELBISCO for 2nd consecutive year was awarded in the frame of “Aionovia Brands- Our Favourite ones” for its brands that Greek consumers prefer and trust for decades.

More specifically, the company was awarded with 2 Silver awards for Allatini and Kris Kris brands with a presence of 50 years in the market and a Bronze award for Elite brand, which has been in the market for 49 years.

The award took place during a special event organized by “The Business Review” financial magazine and the “House of Managers”.



Distinguished once again for the “i.Anywhere” application

Awarded with the Bronze Prize in the “Sales Excellence Awards 2017” contest

ELBISCO was awarded with the Bronze Prize for the development of “i.Anywhere“, a mobile application for Automated Sales, at a special ceremony held at Megaron Athens Concert Hall for the “Sales Excellence Awards 2017” contest.

The company was awarded in the Digital Transformation of Sales category for the “Innovative Anywhere” application. The application was developed in cooperation with DIS and was launched in March 2016, and aims to automatize the organization at both a vendor and an inspector level, so that all functions are executed electronically and thus maximum efficiency in their respective roles is ensured. The functions performed by the application include inventory and order taking, two-way communication with the sales organization, continuous monitoring of product prices for both the company and the competition, implementation of merchandising actions, as well as assessment of the salesmen’s activity by inspectors, and more.

The “i.Anywhere” application is being awarded for the second time since 2016, when it won the Silver Prize in the “Mobile Excellence Awards 2016”.

ELBISCO has been awarded as one of the 38 National Champions in this year’s European Business Awards 2016 – 2017, in a special event held at the residence of the British Ambassador, on Thursday, January 19th, 2017.

More specifically, the company has been awarded as National Champion in the category Employer of the Year for its successful practices in human resources management and development. Having been distinguished among the 38 National Champions in Greece, ELBISCO is competing for a distinction also in the second phase of the competition, which involves online voting by the public.


Best Launching Medals 2016

for ELBISCO at the 16th Marketing & Sales Conference

The distinctions continue for ELBISCO, whose products and corporate practices have stood out in 2016 in renowned Greek and international competitions, winning important awards.  Its latest achievement was on Friday, 25 November, at the 16th Annual Marketing & Sales Conference, once again underlining the company’s innovation and effectiveness in creating and promoting new products. ELBISCO was awarded the Best Launching Medal 2016 for its Kris Kris Hamburger & Sandwich products in the ‘Bread’ category, and for its Mediterranean Elite Crackers with Honey & Graviera Cheese and Brown Sugar & Cinnamon in the ‘Savoury Snacks’ category. The now established Annual Marketing & Sales Conference was successfully organised under the auspices of finance magazine THE BUSINESS REVIEW (Sales Marketing & Business Review), titled: New conditions and changes in entrepreneurship, marketing and sales. Business, sales, marketing from the “left”.  The Business Review, in collaboration with a committee made up of Research (IRI), S/M and Communications executives, presented the companies with the most successful launches in the food, drinks and cosmetics categories, and awarded special prizes.

KINGS and Elite won a total of seven awards

ELBISCO's new distinctions at the 2016 Social Media Awards ELBISCO’s popular brands received significant distinctions at the 2016 Social Media Awards, an annual event that highlights the market’s most innovative and creative practices. KINGS by Allatini and Elite were honoured with seven awards in total – three SILVER and four BRONZE – which were awarded at the event held on Tuesday, 8 November. KINGS, the sweet snack that has added extra taste to the lives of consumers, won the following six awards: Three SILVER awards in the categories of Best Use of Social Media for a Brand / FMCG Industry for the KINGS of EJEKT Festival 2016 campaign, Best Use of Facebook Advertising and Best Use of Facebook Videο for the KINGS, The new you! campaign Three BRONZE awards in the categories of Best Use of Social Media for a Brand / FMCG Industry for the What If Maker action, Best Social Media Strategy for Brand Awareness for the KINGS of EJEΚT Festival 2016 campaign and Emerging Platform for the KINGS Masquerade Contest. Furthermore, ELITE won the BRONZE award in the category of Best Social Media Strategy for Product Launch for the “Mr. Cracker” action, which formed part of its presentation of the new Elite Crackers. These new achievements confirm ELBISCO’s creative approach to the field of digital communications, while at the same time expressing the company’s commitment to innovation and quality, both in terms of the production and promotion of its products.

The company won a Bronze Award in the Hellenic Responsible Business Awards 2016

New business award for ELBISCO ELBISCO received yet another distinction – this time at the Hellenic Responsible Business Awards 2016 – for its substantial commitment to innovative partnership models aimed at sustainability. The company won the Bronze award in the Cooperation between Enterprises and Academic Organisations category for its project “Functional Cereal Products and their Contribution to Promote Consumer Health.” The action was implemented in cooperation with the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at Harokopio University and the Faculty of Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with funding from the NSRF 2007-2013. The project’s main idea was to design a series of bread and oat products enriched with natural bioactive components. The project also included clinical studies to explore the beneficial effects of the new products in regulating metabolic parameters associated with Type 2 Diabetes. The clinical studies were conducted on healthy volunteers and patients with Type 2 Diabetes. The project was a complete success, as the products that were developed achieved extremely positive results. These were publicised through presentations at Greek and international scientific conferences and articles published in internationally recognised scientific journals. The Hellenic Responsible Business Awards 2016 prizes were presented at a special ceremony held on 18 September 2016. Hellenic Business Award RecipientsEirini Patera, Director of Strategic Innovation, accepted the award on behalf of ELBISCO.  “We are proud to have achieved yet another important distinction, which reaffirms our commitment to responsible and sustainable development. Our cooperation with the academic community is based on the belief that nutrition is a component of quality of life, of education and culture. For ELBISCO, the concept of sustainable development is inextricably linked to creating products of high quality and nutritional value, with raising consumer awareness about balanced nutritional choices and with highlighting the cultural dimension of nutrition,” she said. The contest of Hellenic Responsible Business Awards was established in 2015 with the aim of recognising the work of responsible enterprises in Greece. The nominations are evaluated by a panel of judges based on the criterion of innovation and the effectiveness of programmes, as well as their incorporation into broader corporate strategy. New distinction for ELBISCO in the Mobile Excellence Awards 2016

The company won the Silver Prize for its i.Anywhere mobile sales force automation application

mobile-excellence-2 ELBISCO has received one more distinction, being awarded the Silver Prize in the Mobile Excellence Awards 2016, in the Mobile Sales Force Applications category for developing the i.Anywhere mobile sales force automation application. The prizes were awarded at a special ceremony, held on Thursday, 29 September 2016. The prize was accepted on behalf of ELBISCO by Messrs Giannis Anastasiou, IT Manager, and Diamantis Tatanis, Sales Reporting & Development Manager. The “Innovation Anywhere” application was developed in collaboration with DIS company. It was put into operation in March 2016 and aims at the automation of organisation at the level of salesperson and inspector, so as to carry out all operations electronically and to ensure the highest possible degree of effectiveness in the respective roles. The operations carried out via the application include, inter alia, recording of stock and orders, two-way communication with sales organisation departments, constant monitoring of product prices of both the company and the competition, implementation of merchandising actions, as well as evaluation of the activities of salespeople by the inspectors. The Mobile Excellence Awards for businesses, which are being held for the second year in a row in Greece, aim to promote innovation and best practices in the mobile business market.



ELBISCO was distinguished in Europe’s largest business competition


ELBISCO has received one more distinction, being recognised as one of the National Champions for Greece in The European Business Awards, sponsored by RSM, Europe’s largest business competition set up to celebrate business excellence and best practice in the European business community.

The Awards, now in its 10th year, is supported by business leaders, academics and political representatives from across Europe, and this year engaged with over 33,000 businesses from 34 countries. ELBISCO has been chosen after the first phase of judging by an independent panel. It has been evaluated on the core values of innovation, ethics and success and will now go through to the second stage of the competition, which includes a video and a public vote, to represent Greece in the business category “Employer of the Year”. Investors in People Silver Award

ELBISCO-Award_S.BozikasELBISCO was awarded the prestigious Investors in People – Silver standard in recognition of its corporate practices in the area of Human Resource Management and Development. The Silver award is one of the highest granted by Investors in People based on its IiP standard. The IiP is the only internationally recognized quality standard in HR Management and Development and has been adopted in more than 75 countries over the last 25 years. ELBISCO is among the first companies in Greece to receive this distinction, which signifies it as one of the elite companies globally to be certified to this standard. The Investors in People – Silver certification was presented to ELBISCO at the “Excellence 2015” event staged by the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE) on 24 November 2015 at the G. Kontogeorgis Conference Centre.
