From the beginning of 2012 to mid 2013, Elbisco held 47 training courses where 355 employees were trained. Just in 2012 there were 5,000 training hours.
The selection of participants and of themes results from:
- the corporate strategy of each department
- the personal development plans resulting
from the annual performance evaluation and
- the Elbisco People with Potential program.
People with Potential (PwP) includes all our people who are key pillars in every department, as well as anyone who seems to be able to promptly fill higher positions than their current ones. PwP's have special development plans prepared based on the organisation's expectations from them and the career path we seek to offer them.
For the rest of 2013 training seminars of over 4,000 hours are planned to be held covering a large number of employees.
